We offer free next day delivery on all of our products within the UK via Parcelforce. Although delivery is next-day, sometimes couriers have issues which can delay delivery, so we ask you to please wait until 3 working days have passed before getting in touch regarding the delivery of your order.
We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
Damaged upon delivery
If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, please let us know within 48 hours and we will either refund or replace. Accidents sometimes happen in transit and we take full responsibility in getting the product to you safely.
If you fail to notify us within 48 hours we have the right to refuse a refund or replacement. This is to stop fraudulent claims of mirrors damaged by the customer weeks/months down the line and trying to claim it was damaged upon delivery but they just hadn’t open the parcel yet. Whilst 99% of our customers are honest and trustworthy we have been victim to scam attempts in the past so the 48 hour rule is to prevent this from happening.
