You can return all products to us in an unused and unopened original condition within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
All products come with a 12 month warranty and spare bulbs with instructions how to replace. If replacing the bulb does not fix your issue, please get in touch and we’ll review your message as soon as possible
If you’ve received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return, replacement or refund. We do everything we can to prevent any damage in transit, and every product is inspected before it leaves our warehouse, but sometimes accidents happen and we encourage you to inspect the products outer packaging before accepting delivery if the product has signs of being damaged in transit.
